Refund and Cancellation Policy
LineForLine charges and collects in advance for use of the software service, in the form of Song Credits.
Cancel song credit purchase
If you wish to cancel your song credit purchase, please notify us within 14 days of your purchase and before any Song Credit is used from the package you purchased. If your request is beyond the 14 day timeframe, refunds will be given at the discretion of LineForLine, Inc.
No partial refunds
If multiple song credits were purchased as a package, as soon as one Song Credit from the package has been redeemed, that purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
How to request a refund
Please contact team@lineforline.com with the reason for your refund request. All refunds will be given at the discretion of LineForLine, Inc.

Refund issued
If a refund is issued, customers will receive an email showing the refund has been completed. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for the refund to process.
